About Me

I am an intercultural competence coach, facilitator, and trainer. As a transnational adoptee, I have been surfing between cultures and identity my entire life.  I love working with others interested in deepening their own intercultural skills and organizations interested in creating organizational cultures that match their mission and values.

In addition to consulting, I am the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion manager at McKnight Foundation, with over 18 years of domestic and international experience, supporting healthy individual, organizational, and community development.

I am qualified to administer the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Inventory. I earned an MDiv from Bethel Seminary, a Mini MBA for Nonprofit Organizations from the University of St. Thomas, and a BA in psychology from the University of Minnesota. I am a member of the Minnesota Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy chapter and a co-creator at Lighthouse Minneapolis.
